ULTIMATE TEAM TICKET includes:
Mulligans -- Package includes 4 mulligans per team.  $10 per player if purchased individually.  (1 per player max.)
Putting Contest - Completed as you move from hole #9 to #10.  Included in Ultimate package or $20 per player if purchased individually.
Skirt Hole --  Men tee off from the ladies tee while ladies play from a designated mark closer to the hole.  Included in Ultimate package or $20 per player if purchased individually.
Pro Shot  – You pick between your shot and the shot hit by the pro.  By picking the best of the two shots your team has a much better chance at putting for birdie.   Included in Ultimate package or $20 per player if purchased individually.
