ServSafe Food Handler Certification
Designed for anyone currently working in an industry that requires food handling, the ServSafe Food Handler Certification training covers five key areas: Basic Food Safety, Personal Hygiene, Time & Temperature, Cross-contamination & Allergens, Cleaning & Sanitation.
Ivy Tech boasts a 100% pass rate since the program was introduced in early 2012. The $135 course fee includes instruction time, the most current edition of the ServSafe Essentials textbook and the certification exam voucher.
